WE ACTUALLY USE QUICKBOOKS FOR OUR OWN BOOKS & RECORDS

This is incredibly important! It's one thing to "call" yourself an expert on Quickbooks...but we really USE it ourselves. We have a LOT of experience with all kinds of accounting issues and how to resolve them on Quickbooks. There's no substitute for actually using the product like we do.
