Mike spends 3 months each year travelling around the country teaching tax seminars to thousands of tax practitioners. Mike is a part of a nationally recognized seminar organization, Gear Up, that puts on tax seminars in every state. These are some of the largest and most attended seminars in the tax industry.

It's not easy to be an instructor for this organization. You must possess an exceptionally high level of competence and understanding of the tax laws. Then, in addition to that, you must be able to teach it….in English...so people can understand it! To make sure he accomplishes that, Mike spends weeks studying the new tax laws each year so he can "go out on the road" with confidence.

Tax professionals across the country aren't the only people relying on Mike. He has 6 staff in his firm….and they need to be trained so they can take care of client's needs. Mike brings his expertise to his staff as well and spends a lot of time training them. "I'd put my professional staff up against the brightest tax minds in the country", Mike has said.
